Shipping may be delayed due to wire, bead
or charm availability. You will be notified, prior
to the making, if this is the case.
We have several other bead color and
charm options that are not listed within this website.
Bead shades may vary. If you have a specific color or theme you are looking
for, please let us know and we will try to accommodate
you!
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your
purchase, please notify us immediately! We will
gladly refund your money once the product has been
returned.
You must notify us, via phone or
email, of a return within 7 days of receiving the
product.
To assure proper credit, returns must
be accompanied by the shipment invoice.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping & handling
costs.
This return policy refers to
purchases made on-line or mail order. Purchases
made at shows or other events are final. |
