SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping & Handling will be added to
all purchases. Please refer to the
rate chart below. If you choose to have your order
picked up, shipping and handling charges will be
reimbursed to you at that time. Simply notify us
that you would
like that option.
All orders are shipped via USPS
Priority Mail (where applicable). Please contact
us if you would like a faster shipping method.
Orders will be shipped as soon as
possible. Please allow extra time for larger
orders. Shipping may be delayed due to wire, bead
or charm availability. You will be notified, prior
to the making, if this is the case.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your
purchase, please notify us immediately! We will
gladly refund your money once the product has been
returned.
You must notify us, via phone or
email, of a return within 7 days of receiving the
product.
To assure proper credit, returns must
be accompanied by the shipment invoice.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping & handling
costs.
This return policy refers to
purchases made on-line or mail order. Purchases
made at shows or other events are final.
