You will be notified, prior to the making, if this is the case. We have several other bead color and charm options that are not listed within this website. Bead shades may vary. If you have a specific color or theme you are looking for, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you! Pricing and product availability are subject to change.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us immediately! We will gladly refund your money once the product has been returned. You must notify us, via phone or email, of a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To assure proper credit, returns must be accompanied by the shipment invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping & handling costs. This return policy refers to purchases made on-line or mail order. Purchases made at shows, events or in person are final.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling will be added to all purchases. This also includes Delivery Confirmation, which protects us both, in the event of a delivery issue. Please refer to the rate chart below. If you choose to have your order picked up, shipping and handling charges will be reimbursed to you at that time. Simply notify us if you would like that option.
Where applicable, smaller orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and larger orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Contact us if you would like a faster shipping method. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow extra time for larger orders. Shipping may be delayed due to wire, bead or charm availability. S & H for orders larger than 25 items must be negotiated.
